Treating the body as one connected structure.
Muscles do not work in isolation. They sit inside a continuous web of fascia that links the foot to the jaw. My method follows that web to find where a problem starts, not just where it shows up.
Fascial architecture
Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, nerve and organ and joins them into long, continuous lines. When one part of a line tightens, shortens or sticks, the tension is transmitted along the whole chain. The body compensates, posture shifts, and pain appears somewhere down the line, often a long way from the original restriction.
That is why a stiff hip can present as knee pain, why a jaw problem can sit in the feet, and why stretching the painful area so often does nothing. The tissue that hurts is usually the tissue doing the extra work, not the tissue causing the problem.
My approach reads the body through those lines. Instead of a list of tight muscles, I look for the pattern of pull that explains the whole picture, and treat that.

Four stages, one continuous plan
Assess
Standing posture, gait, bending, squatting, reaching, breathing. I compare what the body is doing with what it should be doing, and follow the compensations back along the fascial lines until I find the origin. You get a clear explanation, in plain language, of what I have found.
Release
Hands-on treatment that combines sports massage with specific fascial release techniques. The pressure, direction and sequence are decided by the assessment, not a routine. Movement is re-tested during the session so you can feel the change before you get off the table.
Retrain
Once tissue can move, the nervous system needs a reason to use the new range. Targeted corrective exercises and, where appropriate, a strength programme teach the body to hold its new position under load, so the change becomes permanent instead of lasting a few days.
Maintain
Short, specific self-treatment routines using the cork ball set and other tools, so you can reproduce the key parts of the work at home. This is what keeps clients out of the clinic rather than dependent on it.
Where this sits next to what you may have tried
Standard massage
Works where it hurts. Feels good, and the relief is real, but it rarely lasts because the cause is untouched.
Isolated exercise
Strengthens a muscle that may already be overworking. Without releasing the restriction first, the pattern does not change.
This method
Finds the origin, releases it, retrains the whole chain and gives you the tools to keep it. Each stage makes the next one hold.
What I will and will not tell you
I will tell you if I think I can help, and I will tell you if I think you should see someone else first. I do not diagnose medical conditions, and this work is not a replacement for a doctor if you have acute injury, numbness, unexplained weight loss or night pain. For structural and functional problems, though, it is often the missing piece.
Most people feel a clear difference in the first session. Lasting change usually takes a short series.
